Where are the bias voltages applied and what are the allowable voltage ranges?
Answer The bias voltage is applied in such a way that the front side electrodes are kept at a negative potential relative to the bottom side electrodes. In the case of op-amp amplifiers one way to apply the bias is to keep the positive input of the op-amps at bias voltage. The maximum quaranteed bias voltage is 30 volts but our devices usually can withstand twice or three times that voltage.
