Is it possible to apply a 2D position detector for alfa particles?
Answer
Our 10x10 position detector (2L10 Nuclear) has been used for the measurement of alpha particles.
It has a dead layer of < 1000Å and FWHM < 20keV (5,5 MeV alpha).
